to announce that our fearless leader, Howard Bellinger, was the recipient of one of only 4 Pioneer Awards that were be
given out by The NorthEast Country Music Association this year. The award was presented on October 23th, 2009 at The
Pioneer Showcase held at Glad Rags on Rt. 9N in Corinth, NY. The wording on the plaque below says it all!

members of the NECMA Board of Director's look on.
